This September, we challenge you to a "walk" benefiting the mission and programs of Breathe with MD, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity! We use the term “walk” loosely. Walk, roll, scoot…use whatever method works for you. Our goal is for each participant to move 20 miles throughout the month, enjoying the outdoors.
Do you have a pet? Why not include them on walks that you track throughout September? No pet is required for our challenge, but you are encouraged to share fun progress updates with photos and/or videos in your 20 Mile Walk Facebook fundraiser for Breathe with MD, Inc. and on your social media. Use the opportunity to draw attention to our challenge and raise awareness about the mission and programs of Breathe with MD. You can even share how our organization may have helped you or a loved one so that your followers with Neuromuscular Disease (NMD) can learn about Breathe with MD, Inc. too.
Registration is open through September 15, and we are offering three fundraising incentive levels for those who join us in this endeavor.

- Raise $100-$150 on Facebook for Breathe with MD, Inc. between September 1, and October 1, 2023, and you will be eligible for a random drawing on October 1, 2023 where one person will be selected to choose any item valued at $30 or less from our Charity Boutique on Bonfire. (Shop, give us the details, and we will order the item to be shipped at no cost to you. Bonfire ships worldwide.)
- Raise $151-$300 on Facebook for Breathe with MD, Inc. between September 1, and October 1, 2023, and you will be eligible for a random drawing on October 1, 2023 where one person will be selected to win a $50 Amazon US e-gift card.
- Raise $301 or more on Facebook for Breathe with MD, Inc. between September 1, and October 1, 2023, and you will be eligible for a drawing where one person will win a $75 Amazon US e-gift card.
