Got a Story to Share?
Are you or your loved one living with a neuromuscular disease (i.e. Muscular Dystrophy, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, or other condition listed under the MDA USA "umbrella of conditions") and have breathing muscle weakness? The purpose of this page is to capture information about a story on you or your loved one that we will feature on our website and share on our social media platforms. We want to highlight newsworthy happenings, celebrate the achievements of those within our community, and share experiences with illnesses, emergencies, hospitalizations, advanced medical testing, and more.
Never underestimate the power of your story! We know writing about something personal can feel like baring your soul. Let's face it; it's not easy! But stories can be a tremendous help in letting others know they aren't alone. Your story can be someone else's guide book.
There are so many stories that need to be told. Let us help you make that happen! To get started, answer the questions in the form below. (Don't hesitate to contact us at Info@breathewithmd.org, if you have a question.) After you submit the form, a volunteer will contact you as soon as possible. We look forward to learning about you or your loved one and helping to share your important story. We know it will have an amazing impact on our community!
