Giving Tuesday Wrist Oxygen Monitor Giveaway
We are giving back! If you are residing in the United State (US) and you or your loved one lives with a Neuromuscular Disease (NMD), you are eligible to enter our random drawing for one FREE Wellue brand SleepU™ Wrist Oxygen Monitor. You can learn more about this device on the manufacturer's website and in our YouTube video review of it.

Entries for the oxygen monitor drawing will be accepted on the following form from Tuesday, November 30 until 11:59 p.m. Eastern on Friday, December 3rd. Please limit entry to one applicant per household. All qualified applicants will be exported into a numbered spreadsheet, and an online randomizer tool will be used to generate one number that will be selected as the single winner. The winning number and the individual will be announced on the Breathe with MD, Inc. Facebook page on Saturday, December 4 (time to be announced on our social media platforms). We will also contact the winner via e-mail. The item will be mailed out to the winner the following week.
